12th Annual Free Outdoor Salsa Dance Party to celebrate summer and to thank everyone for supporting our events throughout the year. All ages welcome from 4:00-10:00 pm. Come dance Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha, and more on the 2400 square foot mahogany dance floor at the beautiful Avonworth Community Park Pavilion. Event is free to the public…we will supply the venue, dance music and some food starting at 4:00 pm…we just ask you to bring your own snacks and drinks (picnic style), if coming later than 4:00 pm as the free food won’t last! Beer and wine permitted, however the venue requests no hard liquor be brought on premises.

Summer isn’t that far away! Save the date (Sunday, July 5, 2026) for our first Salsa/Bachata Brunch at Tocayo Bethel Park…a Sunday afternoon dance over the July 4th Weekend with an optional brunch buffet beginning at 12:00 noon. Dancing on the covered patio from 12 noon – 5:00 pm. No cover charge. Menu items and buffet price TBA. Picnic tables and corn hole outside on the grassy area, dancing and buffet inside on the covered patio. Portable dance floor will be out for you to dance off the calories. Time is tentatively 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm. No cover. Salsa, Bachata and more by DJ Jeff.

We are happy to announce that in collaboration with the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Salsa Pittsburgh will be appearing several times outdoors during summer 2026 at the new Arts Landing. We will be tentatively hosting a salsa dance night on select Wednesdays this summer (dates/times TBA).
